I didn't do it on a whim. I know I didn't give you much notice (except for Prune, maybe, but that's because I needed to find a new translator before I made her disappear), but everything was well-thought, and considered. I killed my beloved characters, and I don't feel sorry about it. Here's why:
After 2352 days as Prune (That's 6 years and 5 months, you guys!), I realized how much my life had changed since I first played Popmundo 8 years ago, and decided that now was a good time to tell her goodbye. The Engels were asleep, and well, leaving before they had a chance to wake up was the best thing to do... Both players know how to trick me into having too much fun to actually do what should be done, haha. Tristan and Arthur, you guys made me laugh so hard; I probably would've turned emo if not for you. :D I'm ETERNALLY GRATEFUL Prune met you. Trista Buchanan, Kia Landini, Rachel Rodman, same for you girlies, you rock(ed)! Théo Delaplace, chouchou d'amour de ma Prunette, Prune aurait fait bien des bêtises sans toi ! Now, I know I did the right thing, and although I'm sad I can't be a French translator anymore, I'm more than happy Jörgen Thorstensson got to replace me, because that lunatic is the best person for the job. <3 @ALL: thank you for the luv. Killing Søren was MUCH harder than I would've expected. I always had a hard time rp-ing with him, and Daltry Staller has been his only friend for the longest time. But he was my awkward, introvert little puppet, and I loved exploring that part of myself. I'm not as socially awkward as Søren was, but he totally made me realize some things about myself.... (Crap, am I being emotional now? Engels! I need you now! :P) Then Søren met Shauna Rees, and a romance almost happened. I'm sorry I got to drop things high and dry; it was a real pleasure. @D's puppeteer: thank you for having put up with me for what...4 years? You're the first person I tried narrative with, and I had a BLAST. I'll miss writing emo blogs for my little Ø, and I'll miss having our boys--- men, hanging out together! Remus has always been my 2nd favorite character (after Prune). He was everything I wasn't and I loved it. Gay but in a relationship with a woman, boisterous, confident as hell, he was a real trickster, a real stoner, and he could rap like a God... I loved rping him for 5 years. And I loved every person I rp-ed him with. From the Galtier family (seriously, if you come back dude, I SWEAR I bring back Prune!) to Kayleigh (and Diamond)'s puppeteer, I had a bunch of fun and I'm glad it ended on a happy note. I'm also glad I entered the Engels family thanks to Rem. Again, you guys made these 6 years an hilarious and emotional journey! So, thank you! <3 @everyone: If you come to L.A, hit me up. I'd be happy to be your guide for a day! Love, Maï
